Photographer Howard Schatz portfolio website I really like. Especially the subtle grey text on a white background, though the number of subcategories in the portfolio section is a bit much. The homepage of the folio area is a grid of photographs which you can click on to upscale them to full page size(see top image). The upscaling feature would be good for my site, as a lot of my designs have intricate details, lines and textures, I could achieve this with roll over images or clickable links.
